• Standard delivery takes 15-20 days and is free of charge.

• Express delivery takes 8-10 days and incurs additional shipping charges.

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their order.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds.

• If a product is damaged upon opening, customers can request a replacement or exchange.

• To initiate an exchange, customers must provide unboxing proof (photo/video) within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Exchanges will be processed only after verifying the claim.
